Stained and wrinkled, not looking so fine.
Once they were worn with pride and care,
But now they're neglected, left to air.
The memories of days gone by,
Of laughter and tears, of joy and sigh,
Are captured in the fabric's weave,
But now they're forgotten, no longer believed.
The sun beats down, trying to bleach,
But the stains remain, out of reach.
The wind whispers through the folds,
Telling tales of secrets untold.
Dirty brown dresses, once so dear,
Now abandoned, filled with fear.
Will they ever be worn again,
Or will they fade away, forgotten by then?
