I bought a pair of new shoes today
They shine bright in the light, I must say
I can't wait to wear them out and about
To show them off, I have no doubt

The color is stunning, a deep shade of blue
They make me feel confident, like I can conquer anything I do
The fit is perfect, like they were made just for me
I know these shoes will take me where I want to be

I lace them up and take a step
The comfort is unreal, like walking on a cloud, I bet
I strut down the street with a smile on my face
These new shoes have given me a new sense of grace

So here's to my new shoes, my latest find
