But as the night wore on, she began to feel lightheaded and dizzy. Her vision blurred and her heart raced uncontrollably. Panic set in as she realized something was terribly wrong.
Frantically, she tore off the dress, gasping for air. Her skin was covered in red welts, and she could feel the poison coursing through her veins.
She stumbled to the phone, dialing for help as she fought to stay conscious. The paramedics arrived just in time, rushing her to the hospital where doctors worked frantically to save her life.
Later, as she lay weak and exhausted in her hospital bed, she couldn't shake the feeling of betrayal. How could something so beautiful be so deadly? She vowed never to wear that dress again, knowing that beneath its alluring facade lay a dangerous secret.
