Fashion dresses

I protested as Sister Mary gently pushed me into the dress. "But Sister, I don't want to wear a dress, I feel more comfortable in pants," I pleaded.

She gave me a kind smile and said, "I understand, but today is a special occasion and I think you will look lovely in this dress. Plus, it's important to show respect for the event we are attending."

Reluctantly, I allowed her to zip up the back of the dress and I looked at myself in the mirror. To my surprise, I didn't look as bad as I thought I would in the dress.

As the event progressed, I received many compliments on how nice I looked in the dress. Sister Mary smiled at me knowingly, and I realized that sometimes stepping out of your comfort zone can lead to unexpected positive outcomes.

From that day on, I was more open to trying new things and not always sticking to what I was comfortable with. Sister Mary's gentle push had taught me a valuable lesson in stepping outside of my comfort zone.
