Materials needed:
- Tulle fabric
- Satin fabric
- Thread
- Sewing machine
- Scissors
- Needle
- Pins
- Elastic band

Instructions:
1. Cut out two circles of tulle fabric. The size of the circles will depend on how big you want the flower to be. For a small flower, cut out circles that are about 4 inches in diameter. For a larger flower, cut out circles that are about 6 inches in diameter.

2. Cut out a strip of satin fabric that is about 1 inch wide and 6 inches long. This will be used as the center of the flower.

3. Take one of the tulle circles and fold it in half. Then fold it in half again to create a smaller triangle shape.

4. Thread your needle with a long piece of thread and knot the end. Sew a running stitch along the curved edge of the folded tulle, gathering the fabric as you go.

5. Once you have gathered the tulle, knot the thread to secure it in place. Repeat steps 3-5 with the second tulle circle.

6. Place the two gathered tulle circles on top of each other, overlapping slightly to create a full, layered effect.

7. Take the strip of satin fabric and wrap it around the center of the gathered tulle circles, securing it with a few stitches.

8. Cut a small piece of elastic band and sew it to the back of the flower to create a loop for a hair clip or headband.

9. Fluff out the layers of tulle to create a full and fluffy flower shape.

10. Your tulle flower girl accessory is now ready to be worn! You can attach it to a headband, hair clip, or even sew it onto a dress or sash for added embellishment. Enjoy!
